Ingredients for making corn cob curau:

 5 ears of corn

 2 cups of sugar (320 grams)

 3 cups of milk (720 milliliters)

 cinnamon to taste

How to make corn on the cob Curau:

Threat the corn with the help of a very sharp knife and place in a blender.

Tip: Don't cut the corn too close to the cob to avoid the cob.

Add sugar and milk in a blender and blend for 5 minutes or until smooth. Pass the mixture through a sieve and place in a pan.

Bring to medium heat and stir constantly for 20 to 30 minutes. After that time, place in a serving bowl or several individual bowls and allow to cool completely. Serve this creamy corn curau sprinkled with cinnamon and good appetite!
